Redo Policy

Of course, we want our clients to love their hair. If you're not completely satisfied please let us know and we will redo your service complimentary. Must be within two weeks of original service.

Refund Policy

If you purchase a product and are not satisfied we will return the product for a full refund within 30 days. Some exclusions apply. We do not offer refunds on the service provided.

Because our salon utilizes hot tools, sharp equipment, and chemical treatments, our space is unsafe for babies and young children unless they are scheduled to receive a service.
